Zach Galifianakis is bringing his Funny or Die talk show to the slightly-bigger screen.

It's been a while since we heard anything about the Between Two Ferns movie, but today we're getting our very first look at the feature film adaptation of Zach Galifianakis' long-running Funny or Die series. How's it look? Well, pretty much exactly as you'd expect. Plus, it has a bazillion celebrities in it.

See if you can count them all in the trailer below:

Hm, kinda torn on this one, gang.

On the one hand, the interview segments look just as darkly funny as ever, and I'm admittedly intrigued by Matthew McConaughey being (briefly) killed by Galifianakis' show, but the road trip footage taking place between those segments looks a bit...shaggy. That said, there's no way we won't be tuning in to watch this when it hits Netflix on September 20th.

Here's an official synopsis:

"Zach Galifianakis dreamed of becoming a star. But when Will Ferrell discovered his public access TV show Between Two Ferns and uploaded it to Funny or Die, Zach became a viral laughing stock. Now Zach and his crew are taking a road trip to complete a series of high-profile celebrity interviews and restore his reputation. Directed by Scott Aukerman, Between Two Ferns: The Movie is a laugh-out-loud comedy that gives new insight into the curmudgeonly, beloved outsider Zach Galifianakis has created over the years."

Where are y'all at on this? Think Between Two Ferns: The Movie will deliver the goods, or do you think this is gonna be one of those "4-minute joke stretched to feature-length" situations? Sound off in the comments below, and stay tuned for further updates on this one as they become available.
