There are many wonderful things about the Between Two Ferns movie, Between Two Ferns: The Movie, on Netflix, but if I – and most reasonable viewers – had one complaint, it's this: The Keanu Reeves interview segment is too damn short. It's clear that Zach Galifianakis' alter-ego, Zach Galifianakis, conducted entire interviews with each celebrity, but given the constraints of time and the demands of a cohesive narrative, some were cut shorter than others – including the chat with Reeves. Thankfully, Netflix has liberated the full interview from its digital prison:
Galifianakis kicks off his chat with "Keanu Reefs" by asking him a pointed question that could easily be posited by an actual interviewing journalist – if said journalist had poor social skills (LMAO who am I kidding that's literally all of us): "Is it frustrating to have everyone think of you as a bozo when the truth is you're just a regular man with below-average intelligence?" Somehow, it only gets better from there. I could just regurgitate all the best jokes here (like "Neo is Jewish?!"), but you should reall watch the damn video. It's much better that way.
