Yesterday I went on and on about how much I loved Star Wars: The Clone Wars. It is a good time to get into the show, not just because we are almost all stuck at home, but because the long-awaited seventh season is happening right now on Disney+.
I’m a couple episodes behind, but it would appear the opening Bad Batch arc is over, and the time has come for us to finally catch up with arguably Clone Wars’ greatest character, Ahsoka Tano (I’m torn between her, Cad Bane, and Savage Opress). If you’re curious what that looks like, a new trailer specifically for her arc just got released:

I will not spoil what happens to Ahsoka in Clone Wars. I don’t think this trailer does either. All you know is she is alone and far from home. What happens to her next is uncertain. The fate of any Jedi is not optimistic, but Ahsoka apparently lives long enough to show up in Rebels. On the other hand, her voice appears among the chorus of dead Jedi Rey hears in Rise of Skywalker. That doesn’t necessarily mean she dies since mythos from that movie appeared to be borderline improvised. I have hope for Ahsoka.
Anyway, the trailer is cool and I cannot wait to watch these episodes and see the next step in Ahsoka’s long journey.
