FOUR LIONS Coming To US DVD & Blu March 8th!
So I’m a little biased, but I think Four Lions was one of the best films released last year, and I’m proud to have been involved with it in even the smallest possible way. And while Drafthouse Films has made a really heroic effort to get the movie into every nook and cranny of America*, not everyone has seen it. As of March 8th they’ll have no excuse.
The film is coming to Blu-ray and DVD from Magnolia Home Entertainment and Drafthouse Films. The news broke at Cinematical, and here are the deetz:
Containing bonus materials including deleted scenes, mini “background” documentaries about Muslim life in Britain, interview with Morris, and behind the scenes segments, the Four Lions Blu-ray Disc™ and DVD will be available for the suggested retail price of $29.98 and $26.98, respectively.
Buy it! Or rent it, maybe. But definitely see it! And for those who had trouble with the accents, I bet there are subtitles.
* Seriously. It’s currently playing Dayton and is coming to Grand Rapids soon. How many indie films get releases like that, let alone ones about Jihadis?
