First, at 8/7c, 30 Rock Episode 6.02 "Idiots Are People Two!"

Summary, from the NBC website: 

Liz strives to keep her boyfriend under wraps while a rant from Tracy unleashes a publicity nightmare. Kelsey Grammer guests.

I've heard this is Tina Fey's quite clever way of dealing with Tracy Morgan's idiotic homophobic rant of last year, labeling him an idiot instead of a bigot.

At 8:30/7:30c, Parks and Recreation Episode 4.12 "Campaign Ad"

Summary:

Faced with a tough new opponent, Leslie and Ben disagree on the content of her first campaign ad. Ron is very uncomfortable when Chris tries to befriend him, while Andy and April make a trip to the doctor.
