NBC Thursday Night Block Open Thread Feb 16

Welcome back to the TV Open Thread, where BAD readers can vent, theorize, gush and spoil to your heart's content. On tonight's schedule, we've got 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation and The Office on NBC's Thursday Night comedy block. The conversation begins half an hour before showtime. 

First up at 8/7c, we have 30 Rock Episode 6.07 "The Tuxedo Begins." 

Summary, from the NBC website: 

After being mugged, Jack decides to run for mayor; Jenna and Paul take their relationship to a new level.

Next, at 8:30/7:30c, we have Parks and Recreation Episode 4.15 "Dave Returns."

Summary: 

While trying to get an endorsement from the Chief of Police, Leslie and Ben awkwardly run into Leslie's old flame, Dave. Meanwhile, Andy and the rest of the office work on a theme song for Leslie's campaign.

Finally, at 9/8c, we have The Office Episode 8.15 "Tallahassee." 

Summary: 

After Dwight and his team arrive in Tallahassee, Dwight competes with his Dunder Mifflin coworkers to impress Sabre special projects president, Nellie Bertram. Back in Scranton, Andy avoids being manager when several people in the office demand raises.
