I'm so excited that Drafthouse Films has picked up the criminally forgotten, terminally weird 1987 new wave ninja movie Miami Connection. Seeing this film was one of the all-time great audience experiences of my life, and if you're in New York City you'll have a chance to have that same experience.
Miami Connection is playing Saturday night at the New York Asian Film Festival, and director/martial artist/interesting guy YK Kim will be in the house.
