Red Band NEIGHBORS Trailer: Zac Efron Goes From Paperboy to Fratrat

A college film where the slobs and the snobs are impossible to distinguish.

Neighbors is a film where Seth Rogan and Rose Byrne are new parents whose nice life gets uprooted when a fraternity full of abs moves in next door. They begin a rivalry which, judging from what we see in the trailer, goes decidedly well for Dave Franco and Zac Efron and decidedly less well for the yuppie squares trying to squash their abs.

Director Nick Stoller did Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek, two movies I never saw and one-and-a-half films I hear good things about. This trailer has a couple strong bits for sure. I'm especially fond of the airbag gag, regardless of how goofy it looks. The best part, however, is the Robert De Niro bit because while everyone's looking at Zac Efron's Travis Bickle, Dave Franco's behind him rocking an incredible Meet the Parents impression.

Neighbors doesn't even come out until May. So get used to seeing a lot of whatever the green band trailer looks like.
