Valiant Comics Announces 5-Picture Deal With Sony: JOHN WICK Directors To Tackle BLOODSHOT

HARBINGER's also headed for the big screen.

Valiant Comics is bringing two of its properties to the theater courtesy of a five-picture deal with Sony, and John Wick directors David Leitch and Chad Stahelski will direct the first of two Bloodshot films. The John Wick directors tackling anything is good news, and Bloodshot - a vengeance-seeking super soldier - feels like a perfect fit. They'll be working from a screenplay by Kick-Ass 2's Jeff Wadlow alongside Eric Heisserer, previously of Final Destination 5The Thing remake and the Nightmare on Elm Street remake.

The other Valiant property getting the two-movie treatment is Harbinger, about a group of superpowered psionic teens, and a fifth film titled Harbinger Wars is intended to bring the two properties together, because you know we're all about that multiverse. Heisserer is also writing Harbinger, but no directors have been announced yet. The whole shebang will be produced by Fast and Furious and 21 Jump Street team Neal H. Moritz and Toby Jaffe along with Valiant's Dinesh Shamdasani and Sony's Andrea Giannetti.

This is big news! Who would you guys like to see directing Harbinger? And what does this mean for a John Wick sequel?
