Get Ready For Not One But Two New BAD BOYS Movies

We’ve been hearing about the possibility of another Bad Boys film for some time now. Other than concrete things like casting, script details, production dates, whether or not Joe Carnahan will direct, or other things like that, it’s hard to imagine much news that can generate all that much excitement.

And yet they found a way. Today Sony dumped a ton of release dates on us, two of which announce the impending arrival of more Bad Boys movies. Yes, two. Exactly one more than anyone asked for because we’re just not smart enough to think this big. Part three will come out February 17, while part four should hit July 3 2019.

Whether you’re excited about such a thing of course depends on how much you like Bad Boys movies to begin with. I, for one, am not a fan. It feels like I should be, and people definitely have strong opinions about my opinion when it comes to this series, but I just can’t get into them. Believe me, I’ve tried.

We don’t know much more at this point, but Sony has a lot of work to do in the next four years, so we’ll probably hear a lot more in the near future.
