More Magical Pictures And Concept Art Of DOCTOR STRANGE

Earlier today we got our first look at Benedict Cumberbatch as the Sorcerer Supreme, and we’ve now been graced with a few more cool looking pictures and concept art. I’m finding it hard not to look forward to this movie, especially since whatever spell Cumberbatch it casting (he describes it as both “balletic” and “crazy s--t“) looks like something out of David Yates’ later Harry Potter films, where wand duels became akin to explosive lightsaber battles. I also really want that cape.

We also have our first look at some truly out-there stuff, the ‘quantum realm’ first glimpsed in Ant-Man, which is making this look like the most true-to-the-'60s Marvel movie yet. Also, some concept art for what shall henceforth be known as the Strange Cave.

I’ve gone from mildly interested to pretty damn excited for Doctor Strange in a single day, and I don’t think I’m alone. From the embroidered details to the visual effects, this looks like a really interesting movie. November can’t get here soon enough.
