Karyn Kusama Is Bringing JENNIFER’S BODY And THE INVITATION To The Houston Alamo!

I am EXTREMELY EXCITED to announce that we'll be hosting filmmaker Karyn Kusama for a double feature of Jennifer's Body and the upcoming The Invitation at Alamo Drafthouse Vintage Park in Houston on April 2nd, beginning at 8pm. I've long been on the record with my love for Jennifer's Body, a tragically underrated gem, and I think The Invitation is one of the most thrilling, original films of the year.

Being able to show both of these terrific movies back-to-back on the big screen with a theater full of fans would be a dream come true even if Kusama weren't going to be in attendance... but she is! In between screenings, Kusama - also the director behind Girlfight and Æon Flux - will give a Q&A, discussing her fascinating career and the making of these two brilliant films. We're incredibly lucky to have her join us for this screening.
