If You’re Really Lucky, Elton John Will Co-Star In KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE

The Hollywood Reporter has a really cool story right now which claims Elton John is in talks to join Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman: The Golden Circle. They don’t know if he’ll play an actual character or just himself. But they are certain he is Elton John. And that he is in talks.

John would join a cast that already includes Taron Egerton, Julianne Moore, Halle Berry, Pedro Pascal, Mark Strong and maybe even Colin Firth based on a recent tease. John has appeared on The Simpsons and was narrator to Dreamworks’ The Road to El Dorado, not to mention his kickass appearance in The Who’s Tommy.

For me this just seems like even more indication that Vaughn’s sequel will be just as fun and outside of the box as the original. I hope Elton John does join the cast because Vaughn doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who would waste him.
