Arnold Schwarzenegger To Play Gunther In Comedy WHY WE’RE KILLING GUNTHER

If you told me SNL’s Taran Killam was making a comedy about a bunch of assassins coming together to kill the annoying, arrogant king of their profession, I would probably already be excited. It doesn’t need Arnold Schwarzenegger to have my attention.

But it does have Arnold Schwarzenegger. According to Variety, Schwarzenegger has joined the cast of Killam’s Why We’re Killing Gunther as the man himself, ol’ Gunther. The film also stars Killam, Bobby Moynihan, Cobie Smulders, Paul Brittain, and Kumail Nanjiani. But, I mean, Schwarzenegger.

This is going to be so good. Schwarzenegger’s playing a super shithead, and it sounds like the plot will revolve around all the ways these other killers fail to kill him. Schwarzenegger’s capable of being hilarious, and all these elements put together sound like a recipe for something really special. I sincerely hope it’s R-rated like crazy.
