Here’s Your First Official Look At MAD MAX: FURY ROAD’s ‘Black And Chrome’ Cut

Here, at last, is our first official look at George Miller's upcoming "Black And Chrome" cut of Mad Max: Fury Road, which dials the film's eye-poppingly vibrant colors alllll the way back to greyscale. 

That's not a bad thing! See for yourselves (with an introduction by Miller himself):

Miller says this is "the best version" of Mad Max: Fury Road. I'll need to watch this cut a few dozens times before I can render a verdict on that front, but I'm happy to put in the work. 

So, how do you get your hands on a copy? According to Yahoo!, who debuted the clip above, there are two ways to go about that:

"Blood and Chrome Edition...will be available Dec. 6 in a two-disc set with the original theatrical release ($30) and also as part of the Mad Max High-Octane Collection ($55 for DVD; $80 for Blu-ray). The latter collects the full quartet of films — including Mad Max (1979), The Road Warrior (1982), and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985) — along with a movie-length documentary on the saga and a making-of featurette on The Road Warrior. Both packages contain Miller’s introduction.

Obviously we're all buying the High-Octane version, right? Gonna want that Road Warrior doc.
