GIFTED Trailer: What If Disney Remade GOOD WILL HUNTING?

Gifted is a movie you may have some interest in simply for featuring both Jenny Slate and Chris Evans in the same film. That’s certainly enough reason for me. But let’s see what you say after watching this trailer:

I suppose if Good Will Hunting had been raised by a caring, blue-collar dad instead of that “wrench or belt” guy, this might be what his childhood would have looked like. But then he never would have had such cool friends. Because no one would ever want to hang out with him. I know because I don’t think I can spend even another two minutes with this kid.

When Jenny Slate shoots the kid down for being a know-it-all near the beginning of the trailer, I thought, hey, this is a movie I’d like to see. But everything sinks once the kid uses her big brains to shoot her down right back. And it never gets back up again.
