IT COMES AT NIGHT Gets An Excellent First Trailer
The first trailer for Trey Edward Shults' It Comes At Night has arrived, and here is what I can tell you: I have no idea what this movie is going to be about, but I know I need to see it as soon as humanly possible.
I mean, just look at this.
See what I mean? Not super forthcoming in terms of plot details, but good lord does that look excellent. The synopsis is playing things close to the vest, as well:
A father will stop at nothing to protect his wife and son from a malevolent, mysterious presence terrorizing them right outside their doorstep.
Even the poster's mysterious!
Here's where I confess that I have not seen Shults' previous film, Krisha, but by all accounts it's a powerhouse, and this looks like he's gonna deliver another homerun. I may know next to nothing about It Comes At Night, but I've seen enough to know that I can't wait for it to get here. What do you guys think? You as into this as I am?
Speaking of which: It Comes At Night arrives on August 25th.
