Tonight: Watch Mondo’s Livestream Q&A With The Cast From THE THING
As you've surely already heard, Texas Frightmare hits Dallas, Texas this weekend, and the good folks at Mondo will be there in force: they've got a slew of new posters on offer, will have an exclusive look at their forthcoming board game, The Thing: Infection At Outpost 31, and - last but certainly not least - they're hosting a special 35mm screening of John Carpenter's The Thing with several of the cast and crew in attendance!
Says Mondo:
"We're kicking things off tonight with a special 35th anniversary showing of John Carpenter's THE THING in 35MM at the Alamo Drafthouse Richardson, featuring cinematographer Dean Cundey and actors Wilford Brimley and Thomas G. Waites live in person for a Q&A with the film."
I know what you're thinking: "Aw, man, I am currently nowhere near Dallas but would really like to see that?" Well, guess what, buttercups? Mondo's got you covered: tonight's entire Q&A (moderated by frequent BMD-contributor James Wallace) will be livestreamed on Mondo's Facebook page starting tonight around midnight (CST).
