The first trailer for Wes Anderson’s new stop-motion animation film, Isle of Dogs is here, and it is superb:
In these days of internet culture, where everyone is standing on ready to murder each other, yet can all come together for cute animal videos, what could be better than a movie about a shitload of talking dogs helping a boy find his lost pup? Nothing, I say! I propose that this film could possibly heal the world.
I am a little worried, however, that I will spend my first viewing just trying to place all the actors doing voices in this. Look at this list:
