Shudder To Produce 10-Episode Talk Show Series THE CORE

The horror streaming service just keeps getting better and better.

We're really not shy about our love for Shudder - AMC's horror subscription streaming service - here at BMD. The feature films they've been putting out are eclectic and scary as hell, and now that they've started branching out into original programming (such as Rodney Ascher's creepy documentary series, Primal Screen), they've just been cornering the market for genre fans who lack a local video store. 

Now, Shudder is introducing The Core - a ten-episode talk show set to be hosted by writer/director Mickey Keating (Carnage Park) that will delve into modern horror filmmaking techniques with special guests such as Elijah Wood (Maniac), The Soska Sisters (American Mary), and Ascher (Room 237).

The weekly iteration of The Core will drop November 16th and then air weekly, exclusively on Shudder. We're definitely going to be tuning in.
