The WESTWORLD Season Two Trailer Just Moseyed On Into Town

Saddle up. This looks AWESOME.

The first full-length trailer for Westworld's second season has arrived.

I'll just get out of its way:

Well! Quite a bit to sort through here!

Everything about this trailer has us hyped, from the truly striking imagery (holograms on a beach, robots in open revolt, the weird-ass faceless robots hanging around Westworld HQ) to the piano-ballad cover of Nirvana's "Heart-Shaped Box" on the soundtrack (side note: I recently picked up Westworld's season one soundtrack on vinyl, and that thing owns) to the all-too-brief glance we're given of Samurai World. Whoever put this trailer together deserves a substantial raise.

We don't know much about season two's plot (there doesn't even appear to be an official synopsis out there), and it's been so long since Westworld's first season rolled around that a rewatch feels borderline mandatory. We'll happily make that trip a second time. Thank god this show's on its way back, and thank god we don't have to wait much longer for it: the Westworld season two premiere hits HBO on April 22nd.

You as excited as we are? Sound off below.
