SDCC 2018: The First GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS Trailer Is Gigantic

Warner Bros. just rolled out the very first trailer for Mike Dougherty's Godzilla: King of The Monsters, and - as expected - it's absolutely gigantic. 

Take a look at this.

So! Lots and lots to dissect here. We're given looks at some of the other creatures appearing in the film (including Rodan, Mothra and Ghidorah). You've got the plot pretty much laid out (it's a race against the clock to find the Titans). You've got Washington, D.C. reduced to ashes (so it ain't all bad). The sense of scale here is beyond anything Dougherty's ever done before, but obviously he's taken to it like...well, like a King of The Monsters to water. This looks outstanding!

"Humanity's existence hangs in the balance when the mighty Godzilla collides with Mothra, Rodan and the three-headed monster King Ghidorah."
