Anya Taylor-Joy Will Star In Edgar Wright’s LAST NIGHT IN SOHO
Not too long ago, we learned that Edgar Wright's next film is a psychological thriller inspired by such classics as Nicolas Roeg's Don't Look Now and Roman Polanski's Repulsion. We didn't have much more to go on at the time, but we also didn't care: when you hear Edgar Wright's next project is inspired by Don't Look Now, you sit up and start paying attention.
Now we know a bit more, thanks to Variety:
“Glass star Anya Taylor-Joy will play one of the leads in Edgar Wright’s next film, Last Night in Soho, sources tell Variety.
Described as a psychological horror-thriller, exact plot details are unknown other then the story being set in London’s Soho district."
OK, so we still don't really know what the film's about, but now we know who'll star in it (Anya Taylor-Joy, who has ruled in films like The Witch, Split and Thoroughbreds) and what it'll be called (Last Night in Soho). For those keeping score at home, this is two more things than we knew before reading this post. Not too shabby!
Nothing further to report at this time, but it sounds like Last Night in Soho's going to start coming together quickly. Stay tuned for further updates as they become available.
