We’re Too Scared Of Spoilers To Watch This New US Trailer

But, hey, maybe you don't mind.

A new international trailer for Jordan Peele's Us just arrived.

Real talk? We made it less than a minute in before bailing. Spoilers seemed imminent. But, hey, maybe spoilers are your thing! Maybe we're wrong, and this trailer isn't spoilery at all! Maybe we'll never know, because we're not watching another second of footage from Us before it hits theaters next month. Some movies, you just wanna savor the experience. This is one of 'em.

But it's your click. Do whatever feels right.

Because we didn't watch this trailer, we have no commentary to provide on what you just watched. We do have this official plot synopsis, though, and we're reasonably sure it contains no significant spoilers:

"Adelaide Wilson returns to her beachside childhood home with her husband, Gabe, and their two children for an idyllic summer getaway. Haunted by an unexplainable and unresolved trauma from her past and compounded by a string of eerie coincidences, Adelaide feels her paranoia elevate to high-alert as she grows increasingly certain that something bad is going to befall her family. After spending a tense beach day with their friends, the Tylers, Adelaide and her family return to their vacation home. When darkness falls, the Wilsons discover the silhouette of four figures holding hands as they stand in the driveway. Us pits an endearing American family against a terrifying and uncanny opponent: doppelgängers of themselves."

Jordan Peele's Us, one of our most highly-anticipated films of the year, opens SXSW on March 8th and hits U.S. theaters on March 22nd. You'll have a review from us to mark both of those occasions. In the meantime, be safe out there.
