PSA: The New SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME Trailer Will Contain ENDGAME Spoilers
Yesterday, there was a bit of grumbling on social media when the following tweet began making the rounds...
If you haven’t seen Endgame yet, see it this weekend. The spoiler ban lifts on Monday!

The complaint revolved around the fact that the Russo Brothers might get to decide when the ban on Avengers: Endgame spoilers should be lifted. On its face, the decision did seem almost arbitrary: why Monday? Was two weekends really enough time to ensure that everyone (or, at the very least, everyone who might be worried about Endgame spoilers) would have a chance to see the movie? Who do these Russo Brothers think they are, anyway?!
Well, as it turns out, the decision wasn't arbitrary at all: according to the folks over at Trailer Track, a new trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home will arrive on Monday, and it's apparently chock-full of Endgame spoilers. Marvel's even gone so far as to have Tom Holland record a special message that'll be attached to the trailer, one where he'll warn viewers of what they're about to see.
Most of you probably don't need to worry about this. We're guessing you've already seen Avengers: Endgame (or will be seeing it this weekend), and will therefore be free to watch Monday's new Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer without fear of having anything spoiled for you, like the part in Endgame where Doctor Strange turns the Hulk into an oven mitt, or the part where Thor becomes President. Everyone else should probably avoid the new Far From Home trailer - or any discussion of the Far From Home trailer - until they've had a chance to experience those magical moments in a theater for themselves.
Stay tuned. We'll have that Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer for ya on Monday. Movie hits theaters on July 2nd.
