Wyatt Russell Will Play US Agent In THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER

The MCU already played host to Kurt Russell, now it’s time for Wyatt Russell to join as well. According to that big ass D23 event (and get ready for a lot of stuff from that), Wyatt has been cast as US Agent in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Please don’t @ me if Disney+ doesn’t count as the MCU for some reason.

So who is US Agent? I’m afraid this is a Marvel corner I don’t know much about. I’m told he is meant to occupy kind of an ugly mirror to Captain America. Someone who fights the good fight but takes it too far to be considered a hero.

That seems to supply something of a direction for what this show will be about, and if we’re going for someone who can feel a bit like Captain America but also shoot people in the face or whatever, Wyatt Russell is perfect casting. I’m super excited to see how all this plays out.
