Everyone’s A Suspect In The Latest KNIVES OUT Trailer

We have no idea how this is gonna pan out and that's VERY exciting.

We've been frothing at the mouth to see Rian Johnson's Knives Out - a darkly comedic, by-all-accounts fiendishly clever murder mystery starring a number of our favorite actors (including Daniel Craig, Jamie Lee Curtis, Chris Evans, Toni Collette, Don Johnson, Michael Shannon, Ana de Armas, Lakeith Stanfield, Katherine Langford, Jaeden Martell, Christopher Plummer and the great Noah Segan), ever since the project was announced, and the wait is almost over: next week, the entire BMD crew will catch Johnson's latest at this year's Fantastic Fest (The rest of you will have to wait until November 27th, but do consider being happy for us).

Until that screening rolls around, the Movie Gods have blessed us with a brand-new Knives Out trailer, one which digs a little deeper into the possible motives of each of the film's many, many characters.

Check it out and see what you think:

Yup, this continues to look right up our alley - sharply-written, packed with big performances, most of the action taking place within a big, gothic mansion. We don't get murder mysteries all that often anymore, much less murder mysteries that look as fun as this one, and we can't wait to see how it all plays out (we're not even gonna guess at who the murderer might be, there's really no telling).

Here's an official plot synopsis, should you require one:

"A detective and a trooper travel to a lush estate to interview the quirky relatives of a patriarch who died during his 85th birthday celebration."

Like it says up top, Knives Out will hit theaters on November 27th, just in time for everyone to see it with their own dysfunctional families around Thanksgiving. Go ahead and mark your calendars for that now, and stay tuned for more on this one both during Fantastic Fest and as we get closer to the film's arrival in theaters. Got something to add? Sound off below!
