A SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE Sequel Is Officially On The Way
And right on the heels of that Ant-Man 3 news comes Sony, with a release date for the sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse:

Co-producer Chris Miller revealed the April 8, 2022 release for the sequel to Into the Spider-Verse – excuse me, Oscar-winning film Into the Spider-Verse (much better). The first film was directed by Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey, and Rodney Rothman, the latter of whom co-wrote the screenplay with Phil Lord. The story followed comic book favorite Miles Morales as he becomes Spider-Man and discovers that he exists in a multi-verse in which each different reality has its own Spider-Man... or Spider-Gwen... or Spider-Ham. Sony hasn't revealed any further details beyond the release date, but it's probably safe to assume that at least a few of the voice actors from the previous film will return, including Shameik Moore as Miles Morales, Jake Johnson as Peter Parker, and hopefully John Mulaney as Spider-Ham.
