This, gentle BMD readers, is our first look at The Batman's Bat Suit. As you can see, it's heavily armored, with a high collar and a chest plate that looks like it could step plenty o' bullets. Obviously that image is very, very dark, so we've taken the liberty of brightening the image a bit for anyone who'd like a clearer look. At the top of this page you'll see Batman's cowl, while this pic offers us a better look at the collar:
And here's a better look at the chest plate:
So, what do we think? We're way into it. In fact, we're convinced Reeves' The Batman is gonna be the best Batman-related thing in a long, long time. This suit looks pleasingly tech-y, mechanical in a way that seems to take things up a notch from the functional armor Bats wore in Chris Nolan's trilogy of Bat-films. Also, Pattinson looks fucking stellar in that cowl, doesn't he?
Nothing further to report at this time, but we are hyped about this one and can't wait for The Batman to hit theaters on June 25th, 2021. Stay tuned for further updates as they roll in.
