The Final BLACK WIDOW Trailer Has Arrived

In which the MCU's Phase Four begins.

Today brings the final trailer for Cate Shortland's Black Widow, which - as its title would suggest - is the MCU's long-awaited Black Widow solo movie. Starring Scarlett Johansson as the titular super-spy and featuring Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz and David Harbour as members of Natasha Romanoff's mysterious, ass-kicking family, Black Widow is the first film in Marvel's Phase Four, which will also include The Eternals, Shang Chi, Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, and a raft of Disney+ shows.

This final trailer looks a bit more refined than the previous trailers we've seen (footage from what appears to be the film's climactic battle looks far less rough around the edges this time around), which is nice, but I'm still having trouble getting all worked up about this one. Maybe that's because it's a prequel! Maybe I'm just misdiagnosing a case of Marvel fatigue! Maybe I'm wrong and this looks excellent and I'm the one person who's just not all that thrilled by everything going on here! Whatever the case may be, I can only report my truth. 

But, hey, that doesn't mean y'all can't get hyped, or that I shouldn't show you this brand-new Black Widow poster, which dropped alongside today's new trailer. Please use your eyeballs to look upon it now:
