Disney’s MULAN Super Bowl Spot Looks Cool As Hell
Warning: from this point on, I will have no idea what I’m talking about.
Look, I never saw Mulan. I don’t know why, I hardly saw any of the Disney animation films from that era (that’s right, today’s lack of 2D animation is totally my fault). If you’re not already mad at me, I can do even worse: I haven’t seen any of these live-action Disney remakes unless you count Pete’s Dragon. I’m just not a huge Disney fan.
Which is to say, I don’t have a great frame of reference for the Mulan trailer that just aired during the Super Bowl, but I am very surprised to admit it kicked my ass. Check it out:
I dunno, that shit seems cool. Was there a lot of good action in the cartoon? Let me know in the comments. This seems to star real humans doing neat things so I might actually see it!
