Not much to say here. I don't have any real contextual information to offer, except that this appears to be a computer animated recreation of Mufasa's death scene from The Lion King, taken from some guy's tumblr. The guy seems to be in on the joke rather than a part of the joke.
The quality is, depending on the irony level you're working with, both better and far worse than Taiwanese news story standards. The only way this could be more perfect is if we find out it was animated by Julie Taymor.
