Now You See A NOW YOU SEE ME Sequel

Now You See Me wasn't the worst film in the world, but it's not the kind of movie you really want more time with. Nevertheless, the story of bank-robbing magicians who dance at the string of an even greater magician so that they may someday enter Magician Heaven ended up being a sleeper hit. So naturally, there's going to be another one.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lionsgate plans on getting a sequel underway fast enough to hit theaters sometime in 2014. The sequel still doesn't have an announced screenwriter or anything fancy like that, but this will probably come to pass.

I suppose the first one did end at an intriguing place. Maybe there's room for another go with these wacky magicians, especially if Woody Harrelson ditches that hat. We never did get to see Magician Heaven, after all.
