A WRINKLE IN TIME Is Getting Adapted By FROZEN Director Jennifer Lee

But will she tackle the sequel: AN IRON TOO LATE?

An adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s 1962 novel, A Wrinkle in Time, has been in development at Disney for years. But now it looks like things might finally be moving forward for the film. According to the book cover, this is good news for anyone who has a thing for flying centaurs and dishes with pissed off faces.

Variety reports that Frozen director Jennifer Lee, who co-wrote Frozen and Wreck-It Ralph will adapt the book. It was apparently one of her favorite books as a child. Dreams do come true, you guys! Unless her dream was to direct it as well. As of now it does not have a director, so she’s just taking writing duties.

Now is the time where you tell me how crazy I am for not knowing much about this book at all.
