The Rock Posts First Image From HOBBS AND SHAW

Spoilers: he’s not even in the damn thing.

Well, it looks like Hobbs and Shaw, the Rock and Jason Statham's “candy ass”-free Fast and Furious spinoff has started shooting. According to the caption accompanying the below picture, The Rock himself is not yet on set. So there may yet be some candy asses lurking around that he just hasn’t had a chance to identify. We will keep you updated on all candy ass discoveries as they become available.

DAY 1 and the evolution has officially begun. Long awaited Fast & Furious spin-off movie, #HobbsAndShaw is electric. It’s not too exciting beyond just being first. Statham looks like Statham, and there is a fancy car present. That seems about par for the course. And of course there is director David Leitch, probably asking Statham if he’d be willing to be more Stathamy in the next shot.

Sounds like The Rock won’t join production for a couple more weeks. Hopefully he’ll send out more photos when he does, particularly if one offers a first look at Idris Elba's villain.
