HIGH FLYING BIRD TRAILER: Steven Soderbergh Comes To Netflix

It’s so nice that Steven Soderbergh’s “retirement” only lasted about two minutes. We need him out there doing work as one of the most solid directors around, a guy who can seemingly take on any genre or tone without effort.

And now the director is coming to Netflix with his latest, High Flying Bird. You can catch the trailer below:

I’m a little lost on the finer details of the plot here, and it doesn’t even matter. You can already tell this is going to be one of those movies filled with scenes of people talking that manages to be riveting regardless. That cast is great and watching André Holland take basketball back from rich white dudes (or something like that) is going to be a blast.

Luckily, we don’t have to wait too long for this one. High Flying Bird comes out February 8. Less than a month!
