Hey, New York: Wanna Win Tickets To A Very Special SCARY STORIES Fan Event?

One of our most anticipated horror movies this year is Scary Stories to Tell In The Dark, from director André Øvredal and producer Guillermo del Toro, which hits theaters this August from CBS Films. Until now we've had to make do with the trailer to whet our appetites, however next week there will be a fan event in New York that will not only have GdT and André (plus "other special guests" are being promised!) in the house, but also show off some footage! 

You want to go? Of course you do! We have five (5) pairs of tickets to give away to some of you lucky readers, and to get 'em all you have to do is email [email protected] and let us know your full name, age, and your favorite story from the original books by Alvin Schwartz. Mine's "Rings on her Fingers", and just looking at the name brings me back to reading it over and over after checking it out of the school library when I was like eight years old... I know some of you have similar memories! 

The event will take place on Monday, June 3rd at the Regal Cinemas E-Walk at 247 W. 42nd Street in New York. Check-in will start at 6pm for a 7pm event start, so be on time! We will be picking the names on Friday, so get your entries in fast. Good luck, and I hope the winners report back with what they saw!
