PSA: Spike Lee’s DA 5 BLOODS Hits Netflix In June

You heard the man: Spike Lee's next film, DA 5 BLOODS, will hit Netflix next month, and we couldn't be more excited about it. Any new Spike Lee feature is worth getting hyped about, of course, but this one sounds particularly up our alley:

"Four African American Vietnam veterans return to Vietnam. They are in search of the remains of their fallen squad leader and the promise of buried treasure. These heroes battle forces of humanity and nature while confronted by the lasting ravages of the immorality of the Vietnam War."

This, my friends, stands a good chance of being wild as hell, and it's got an excellent cast, to boot, including Chadwick Boseman (BLACK PANTHER), Paul Walter Hauser (I, TONYA), legendary theatre actor Norm Lewis, and Delroy Lindo (an utter badass we simply don't see enough of anymore, in this writer's opinion). And, hey, it's even got a snazzy teaser poster. Check it out:
