Finally, A Good X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Trailer
They got it right on the last try.
I don't have much to say about this trailer except that it's pretty good (music selection helps a lot, I'd say). Quicksilver still looks like shit, to be honest - that slomo shot of him grooving while running makes me unhappy - but everything else looks pretty good. I will go see this movie, basically.
Why wasn't the marketing always like this?
Speaking of marketing, I have the tiniest bone to pick with Fox. Days of Future Past features two of the most iconic X-Men cover images ever and it would have been so cool to see these images in some way represented (in posters or stills) in the marketing. This would have made an incredible poster:
