There’s Still Time To Order Your CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Magazine!

A look at some of the awesome content.

We are currently finishing up the latest issue of BIRTH.MOVIES.DEATH. magazine, a special celebration of Captain America: Civil War, and I gotta tell you guys that this is another stellar one. I've been incredibly proud of the work our whole team has been doing on this mag since we switched over to 'collector's issues' and Civil War is just another step up - which is pretty amazing, considering how good the last two issues were.

WIth the magazine entering the final stages I can finally tell you about some of the great content it will contain. Above you see the gorgeous illustration that accompanies Dave Schilling's piece Black Panther: Black Hero, Black King, Black Power, a meditation on what it means for black kids to see black superheroes onscreen. That art is incredible!

Other articles this issue include:

Iron Man: Post-Traumatic Superhero Disorder
The Man In Spider-Man
Loyal to the Dream: A History of Captain America
Black Widow: The Unmaking of an Assassin
"He's My Friend": Brotherhood As Defined By Captain America And Bucky Barnes
Brother (Not) Against Brother: On The Set Of CIVIL WAR With Joe And Anthony Russo
The History Of CIVIL WAR: Behind Marvel's Revolutionary Crossover
A gallery of Mondo Marvel posters

and more!

And just check out this amazing cover by Chris Skinner:

A word on shipping: our non-US readers may have noticed that shipping for this issue has become more expensive. We are sorry about this inconvenience. We have moved shipping in-house, which will help us in the long run, but at the moment that means we don't have the partnerships with international shippers necessary to bring costs down. What you're seeing is the cost of putting a magazine in the mail and sending it around the world. We are working to create the correct shipping partnerships to bring this cost down in the future; we believe that by bringing shipping in-house we will be able to better serve our readers, and that this is just a hiccup in the process. You have my sincerest apologies.
