Here’s What You’ll Get If You See AVENGERS: ENDGAME In Theaters This Weekend

Last week, Marvel head honcho Kevin Feige confirmed something we'd long suspected: Avengers: Endgame would end its run in theaters with an alternate cut of the film, one which would apparently incorporate "a few new things at the end of the movie".

Depending on how cynical you are, this move was either an attempt on Disney's part to finally conquer the box office record set by James Cameron's Avatar...or a combination victory lap/thank you to the fans who'd already propelled Endgame to $2.75B at the worldwide box office. 

Today, we're learning a bit more about what ot expect from Avengers: Endgame's "Bring Back" event (as it's now being called). According to the press release we just received...

"Starting on Friday, June 28, participating theaters nationwide will hold a Bring Back event for fans to see Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame one more time on the big screen before it finishes its theatrical run.

Fans who buy a movie ticket will receive an exclusive piece of Avengers art (available in select theaters and until supplies run out) and will also be treated to a video introduction by director Anthony Russo and an unfinished deleted scene from the film, and it will be a chance for fans to get a head start on the upcoming Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Far From Home via a special sneak peek!

Tickets to the Bring Back event are available wherever tickets are sold."

Yes, the new version of Avengers: Endgame hits theaters this weekend, and will incorporate a number of bells and whistles: a new intro from one of its directors, an "unfinished deleted scene" (weird flex but okay), and a sneak peek at Spider-Man: Far From Home, which now hits theaters on July 2nd. As for that exclusive piece of Avengers art, here's what it looks like:
